Since I keep the quality of the outputs high and you get an experienced contractor, the hourly rates won’t be much lower than mentioned in the Consulting price box. However, if your project has unique requirements or strict time limits the price may go up. A final hourly rate is negotiated in advance, and clear rules for changes of scope are discussed. You will always know how much you are paying and for which services.
